Please note that Nanga Music Festival does not refund the cost of any tickets except in the event that the festival is cancelled.
Notwithstanding the above, in light of the COVID situation, any ticket holder who is sick with COVID-19 at the date of the festival will be eligible for a full refund provided you email the festival via the link on the festival website prior to 5pm on Friday 6 October 2023 to advise of your circumstances. We encourage ticket holders to take a RAT prior to coming to the event and welcome people wearing masks at the event in circumstances where they are unable to practice social distancing.
Please note, this refund for COVID illness applies to entry and accommodation only. Meal bookings cannot be refunded as ingredients and staffing will have been paid to the caterer in advance.

Should you become unwell while at the event please be considerate of others and err on the side of caution when choosing to mixing with other patrons. If you feel that you should leave the event please advise a member of the organising committee and a part-refund can be negotiated if you wish.

Festival EntryPlease note that the Nanga Bush Camp is a rustic venue with bush tracks, uneven surfaces and natural hazards. In purchasing tickets to attend the Nanga Music Festival you accept that you will be exposed to such an environment and further accept that you are responsible to ensure your own safety within this natural environment.
Our three lodges Currawong, Timbarra and Woodshed offer shared bunkrooms and ablutions. Each lodge has a different curfew to appeal to different lifestyles. A limited number of unpowered sites for tent camping, caravans and campervans/trailers are also available. A maximum of 4 people (adults and/or children) is allowed for the camping sites at Hermitage. Caravans are limited to 6m in length. Camping in the bush outside the designated camping area is not permitted, and patrons will be asked to move. Nanga offers accommodation to its patrons at cost, with no profit to the festival. You book your accommodation (if needed) at the same time as you book your tickets. To view the map of:

Catered Meals
Nanga offers pre-ordered catered meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Nanga Music Festival offers the meal service to its patrons at cost, with no profit to the festival. The cafeteria-style dining room is a great place to socialise or to enjoy some open mic performances. The seven meals can be ordered individually or as a package. A standard and a vegetarian menu are available. Our Sunday evening meal is served in the concert venue and it's a simple soup-and-bread affair we call "Loaf and Ladle". Sunday night "Loaf and Ladle" is included in the all meal deal. You need to purchase your meal ticket separately to your festival ticket. Because of ticket system limitations, to choose some meals from the standard menu and some from the vegetarian, you'll need to buy two different meal tickets. Self Catering: Self-catering kitchens are available in the Timbarra and Currawong lodges only, not at Woodshed. For information about this event, please contact the "Event Organiser" via the Nanga Music Festival website at nangamusic.org.au. The deadline for ordering meals is Thursday, 29 September. Food Allergies: Please note that, because of the nature of the communal kitchen facilities and the style of catering offered, the festival cannot cater for food allergies and cannot ensure that the meals offered are completely free of any particular substances. Should you require such assurances we require that you self-cater and not utilise the catered meals offered via this event. Refund: Meal bookings cannot be refunded as ingredients and staffing will have been paid to the caterer in advance. Tickets may be assigned to others provided the original purchaser advises Nanga Music Festival of the identity of the new owner. Ticket holders who do not match the identity of the ticket purchaser may be refused meal service. |
